I started training with Tamsyn in London at the end of 2007, in the lead-up to the filming of Twilight. It was pretty intense. We trained every day except for Christmas Day and New Years Day. She had a fairly specific training brief: I needed to look defined but not too muscled. Tams put me on a combination of cardio weights, functional training and boxing. She kept me motivated even when I was tired and fed up, and also acted as a nutritional conscience, stopping just short of turning up in restaurants to wrestle the fries out of my hands. We’ve trained periodically since then, for both the filming of New Moon and for the Oscars in 2009. I recommend her as a personal trainer, because she does the impossible: makes training enjoyable.

I have been training with Tamsyn for almost 3 years, she created a session sequence tailored to my needs, especially during pregnancy.
