There is no set schedule: we take into consideration the realities of your day-to-day life, from the best times and ways for you to train, food diaries and more.
THPT approaches your wellbeing, health and fitness in a way which helps you take responsibility to achieve and inspire you to be the very best version of yourself.
You can train in the privacy of your own home, London parks on nice days, or in some cases at a private gym - it's up to you.
